Return and Refund Policy
1. General Return Conditions
At Medical Stockings, we are committed to providing quality products and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging, unless they are faulty. This policy helps us ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
2. Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at sales@medicalstockings.com.au. We will provide instructions for the return process. Once we receive the faulty item, we will inspect it, and if confirmed to be defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
3. Incorrect or Wrong Items Shipped
In the event you receive an incorrect item (for example, a different product from what you ordered), please notify us at sales@medicalstockings.com.au within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange and cover the cost of returning the incorrect item and ensure the correct item is sent to you as quickly as possible.
4. Return Process
For approved returns (faulty or incorrect items only):
- Contact our team at sales@medicalstockings.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Our team will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if necessary.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with a refund or replacement based on the situation.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, any items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned or refunded, except if they are faulty or incorrect.
